Carrie Underwood's New Album to Be Released May 1

The album will feature the single, "Good Girl."

The details of Carrie Underwood's fourth album are slowly taking shape. We now know that Carrie's fourth studio album will be released on May 1. The album will feature the song "Good Girl," which Carrie co-wrote with Ashley Gorley and Chris DeStefano. Ashley was a co-writer on Carrie's 2006 single "Don't Forget to Remember Me" and "All-American Girl" from her 2007 album, Carnival Ride.

So far, Carrie has kept details on the album quiet, while slowly adding performance dates, including a CMT Crossroads appearance with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler on Saturday (Feb. 4), an appearance at the 54th Grammy Awards on Feb. 12 and a performance at the Nordstrom Symphony Fashion Show on Feb. 28.
