Most people would opt to spend a few weeks in the summer relaxing on the beach, but Carrie Underwood will be in work mode on a new promotional trip—in Australia. The popular singer will make her first-ever trip Down Under to promote the June 10 release of Play On: Deluxe Edition in Australia and New Zealand. The deluxe edition features all the tracks on Carrie's Play On plus six of her previous chart-toppers.

Carrie will head to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane to promote the album. "I am really looking forward to my first trip to Australia," Carrie said in a statement. "I can't wait to meet my fans Down Under, and hope to make some new fans, too! I've always dreamed of playing in Australia, and hope to have time to explore some of the sights this amazing country has to offer!" Carrie's big-screen debut film, Soul Surfer, will be released later this month in Australia.

The country does have a lot to offer—Sydney Harbor Bridge, the Opera House, the Melbourne Zoo, Eureka Tower, South Bank Parklands—so hopefully Carrie (and hubby Mike Fisher?) will find some downtime to soak up some sun and fun.
