Carrie Underwood Sells Home

Just think, you could own Carrie Underwood's house. Or at least you could have, before it was sold in 2012.

Carrie originally bought the house, located in Franklin, Tenn., back in 2005 for $384,000. She put it back on the market in 2011 for $419,900, before dropping it to the eventual August 2012 selling price of $372,500.

The home, built in 1998, has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a library. Carrie occupied the dwelling until 2007, when she purchased a new house in Brentwood, Tenn., for $1.4 million.

That one might eventually go up for sale as well: Carrie and husband Mike Fisher purchased a big plot of land following their nuptials with the goal of building something new.
