Carrie Underwood’s about to launch her movie career in a big way, in a movie about real-life shark-bite victim Bethany Hamilton called Soul Surfer.
Carrie plays Bethany’s BFF. Bethany is played by AnnaSophia Robb.

The movie comes out April 8.
