Carrie Underwood knows the secret to warming up an overseas audience—cover a song by a hometown band.

After performing a cover of Coldplay's "Fix You" during her performance at Royal Albert Hall in London on June 21, Carrie performed "Never Tear Us Apart" by Australian band INXS during a concert in Melbourne, Australia, this week.

Watch Carrie's performance of "Never Tear Us Apart" on YouTube. After her jaunt to Australia, Carrie will begin preparing for the U.S. leg of her Blown Away Tour, featuring Hunter Hayes, which kicks off Sept. 14 in Manchester, N.H.
