Carrie Underwood Attends 10-Year High School Reunion

"More beautiful in person and friendly," a former classmate tweeted.

High school reunions are made for catching up with old friends, reliving the best (and worst) moments from those teenage years and, let's face it, often doing a few comparisons to see which classmates made the most so far of their post-high school years.

There's no doubt that Carrie Underwood, a member of the Checotah (Okla.) High School Class of 2001, has done pretty well for herself. Carrie returned to Checotah recently for her 10-year class reunion.

“At Checotah High Class of 2001 HS Reunion and Carrie Underwood IS here,” tweeted one of Carrie's former high school classmates on Saturday night [May 7]. “More beautiful in person and friendly.” The classmate also tweeted a photo of the entire class. (Carrie can be found in the middle row, eighth from the left.)
