Carrie Stands by Her Man When He Fights on the Ice

“I don’t enjoy it, but I know he can take care of himself, and I know he doesn’t mind fighting,” Carrie says.

Carrie Underwood's hockey-player hubby just signed a deal to play two more years with the Nashville Predators.

And that means Mike Fisher likely will be scrapping on ice for two more years. But Carrie doesn't mind.

"I've learned he's a tough guy," Carrie tells reporters. "Mike's the kind of guy that does not complain. He could have, like, a broken ankle, and you'd never know it."

Funny thing is, Carrie sometimes find herself jumping up and cheering along with fans when Mike gets in fights.

"I'm like, 'Get him, baby! Get him! Punch him! Hurt him!" Carrie says, laughing. "I don't enjoy it, but I know he can take care of himself, and I know he doesn't mind fighting."
