Carrie, Martina on Fashion Rocks
Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride are part of the guest lineup on the CBS-TV special Fashion Rocks, Sept. 7, at 9 p.m. ET.
Carrie and Martina will perform along with top rock and pop stars Jennifer Lopez, Aerosmith, Maroon 5, Fergie, Usher, Avril Lavigne and Santana. Martina notes that she wasn’t exactly a fashion queen when she first started out, but is now totally comfortable in designer clothes and trendy shoes. “I really feel great in them, powerful,” she tells zaptoit.com. “When I do TV appearances I can wear a dress, but onstage it has to feel really strong—a lot of my songs are really big.”
