Oklahoma stop offers opportunity to help

Mike and Carrie make the rounds at Ottawa fundraiser.

Carrie Underwood and fiance Mike Fisher made their first public appearance at the Bell Soiree fundraiser, the Ottawa Senators hockey club’s premier charity event of the year, this weekend. 
The Ottawa Citizen newspaper caught video and took photos of the couple as they showed their support for the fundraiser.

“I have watched the devastation in my home state of Oklahoma over the past several days with great sadness,” Carrie said.
“Hope he is the one Jesus comes back on,” heartbroken country star tweets.
“Country’s Night to Rock” airs on ABC, Aug. 12.
“Ring of Fire” tells the story of the woman who married The Man in Black.
“[I’m here] to keep Nic company and watch movies in the back with her,” Keith tells reporters.
