The album features Carrie’s latest smash single, “Cowboy Casanova.” In an interview in the Nov. 9 issue of Country Weekly, on newsstands now, Carrie reveals that her current boyfriend, NHL hockey star Mike Fisher, exhibits the "cowboy" qualities she likes in a guy. “When I think of cowboys,” she says, “I don’t just go stereotypical hats and boots and Wranglers. I think of somebody who’s very strong and kinda quiet and has this confidence about them.” Play On also includes “Mama’s Song,” “Temporary Home” and “Look at Me.”
