Cactus Moser Loses Leg in Motorcycle Accident
Doctors determine amputation necessary.
Wynonna Judd's husband had his left leg amputated following a motorcyle crash in South Dakota this weekend.
Michael Scott "Cactus" Moser severed his left leg in the crash and when he was transported to a hospital in Rapid City, S.D., doctors determined it was necessary to amputate the leg above the knee.
He has also undergone surgery to his hand.
According to a post on Wynonna's website, Wynonna and Cactus "appreciate all of the quick medical and police responders as well as the hospital staff and well-wishes from family, friends and fans."
