Loudilla Johnson, co-president of IFCO, announced that Tracy Byrd is the first headlining artist confirmed for this year's show. "Tracy Byrd has a huge fan base and always brings a lot of excitement and fan response to every event, so we feel we're off to an excellent start this year in setting our major name talent," says Loretta. Well-known music critic, author, screenwriter, journalist, and television personality Robert K. Oermann will once again host the IFCO show. For more information, go to ifco.org.
