BUDDY JEWELL GETS FATHERHOOD AWARD

Buddy Jewell is well-known in country music circles as a devoted husband and father. Now the rest of the world will know it too. Buddy will be honored as a 2005 Fatherhood Award recipient on Tuesday, April 19 at a VIP reception and dinner in Washington, D.C. Presented by the National Fatherhood Initiative, the annual Fatherhood Award goes to "individuals, corporations and organizations that make a substantial contribution to the strengthening of involved, responsible, and committed fatherhood in their work or personal lives." Other celebrities honored this year include FOX News Channel's Fred Barnes, Atlanta Falcons Star Allen Rossum and Orlando Magic Vice President Pat Williams.
