BRITNEY SPEARS LOVES MARTINA
Who knew that pop music's teen sensation Britney Spears was a country music fan? At the recent American Music Awards ceremony, co-host Britney headed straight for Martina McBride during rehearsals to tell her what a big fan she was of the "There You Are" singer.
Members of Britney's entourage quickly agreed, saying Britney plays Martina's CDs on the bus "all the time."
Most excited by the surprise encounter was Martina's oldest daughter, 6-year-old Delaney, who's a big Britney Spears fan. After Martina introduced them, Britney knelt down and told Delaney she loved her curly hair. A speechless Delaney just nodded.
