Brantley Gilbert and NASCAR driver Kurt Busch have something in common: They're both putting their respective talents to work on two of the biggest auto races of the year, the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca-Cola 600, on the same day, Sunday, May 25.

Racing fan Brantley, who's just released his latest album Just Who I Am, will attend the Indianapolis 500, then hop a plane to perform a pre-race concert for the NASCAR Sprint Cup event, the Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte, N.C. Meanwhile, Kurt Busch is pulling what's known in racing circles as "doing the double," competing in both the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday, May 25.

The weekend will continue for Brantley after his Coca-Cola 600 performance. He'll forge ahead with his motorcycle ride to Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C., where he is slated to arrive Monday, May 26, the national observance of Memorial Day. Brantley will pay tribute to a fallen soldier as part of a special partnership with Folds of Honor, a military charity.

Looks like Brantley and Kurt will be some worn-out folks after this holiday weekend, which most of us will spend relaxing. But we're sure they'll tell you it was worth it.
