Brad Paisley Set to Play With The Rolling Stones in Philadelphia

That’ll make Brad the fifth country artist (if you include Sheryl Crow) to play with the Stones on this tour.

The tweet came out Wednesday (June 12):

And Brad’s reaction:

Brad would be the fifth country star, if you count new convert Sheryl Crow, to hit the stage with the Stones during this tour.

The others: Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban.

Carrie was still gushing about her Stones experience during CMA Music Fest last weekend:

"My dad is a huge fan so it’s just been in me since I was a baby," she told reporters.

"It was such an honor and talking to Mick [Jagger] on the phone about what we were going to do and what we were going to wear and what song we were going to sing, and then getting there and just seeing all the guys in soundcheck goofing off and doing what they do, it was just very surreal."

Hmmm . . . Wonder if Brad and Mick are on the phone right now talking about what they’re gonna wear.
