Brad Paisley Says Sayonara to Tour Name “Camobunga”

Country star changes name to Virtual Reality World Tour after seeing “mind-blowing” visuals.

Let's face it, unless you're a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, it was kinda hard to get behind Brad Paisley's "Camobunga" name for his upcoming tour.

Brad wanted to mix the name of his "Camouflage" single with surfer feel-good term "cowabunga," but now, he's switching gears.

The Virtual Reality World Tour 2012 is the new name.

Why?

'"When you see plans and sketches on paper it’s one thing, but to actually see it in real life is something else, and that’s what happened to me when we were in tour rehearsals," Brad said in a statement.

"When I saw the visuals and how exciting and sometimes mind-blowing they were I just felt the tour name needed to reflect what the fans were going to see,” says Brad.  “For two hours each night of the tour they can be taken away from reality—literally.”
