Brad Paisley and Wife Are Selling Their L.A. Home

Ever see those stories about celebrities selling their houses? Of course, we all know that's a way that we can sneak a peek into the lifestyles of the rich and famous. So tacky, right?

Oh, did we mention that we saw that Brad Paisley and his actress wife, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, now starring on ABC's Nashville, are selling their home in L.A.?

According to the Los Angeles Times, the 3,394-square-foot house is in the Pacific Palisades area and it has beamed ceilings, stained-glass windows, a fireplace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a detached garage with a bonus room. Did we mention citrus trees are included?

By L.A. celebrity standards, that's a fairly modest house—with the fairly modest asking price of $2.995 million.

The good news for the Paisleys is that they could make a nifty profit if they get their asking price: The couple bought the home for $1.644 million in 2004.
