Brad Congrats Pack, Martina Likes Fergie

Ya might recall that Brad Paisley invited half the Packers team up onstage with him at his Green Bay show just before the NFC Championship Game.

But Brad stayed graciously neutral after the Super Bowl, tweeting the following:

Congrats to @AaronRodgers12 and my new friends in GB. You played fantastic. Here's to next year Pittsburgh.

Brad’s overriding Super Bowl thought: “I’m starting to think the $500 I bet on the Browns was a bad idea.”

Martina McBride, who sang the anthem for the Steelers at the AFC Championship Game, was more focused on the Black Eyed Peas' halftime performance. She tweeted, "This is awesome, fergie looks fantastic."

Other country stars’ involvement and reactions to the game:

  • Jimmy Wayne posted a hilarious video of himself—in a Green Bay jersey—going to his Steelers-loving manager’s house.
  • Faith Hill’s Super Bowl commercial was hilarious.

  • Jaron and the Long Road to Love: “Please don't tell me who won the Superbowl. I DVRed it.”
  • Chris Young gloated: “Ok so I said packers by 7 in my predictions. Packers by 6 is pretty close. Congrats.”
  • Lady Antebellum loved the Fox show after the Super Bowl. “LOVED seeing Need You Now on @GLEEonFOX! Such a surreal moment for us! Thank you thank you thank you!!! ~hill & the boys”
