BR549 RIPPED OFF AGAIN

Country band BR549 just can't catch a break. On Feb. 9 in Nashville, the group had several pieces of extremely rare, vintage equipment stolen. After replacing what they could, the guys soldiered on and hit the road on a coast-to-coast tour. But last week, their van and trailer - full of equipment and personal possessions - were both stolen in Seattle, Washington. The empty trailer was recovered in Seattle, but the van and equipment have not been found. "All of our merchandise was stolen as well," says lead singer Chuck Mead, "so if you see any homeless people in Seattle wearing BR549 t-shirts, call us."
