Blake Shelton Looks “Cool” in Latest Video; Announces New Album

Picture it. Blake Shelton is hanging out in a bar with his buddies when a group of beautiful, seemingly single, women dressed to the nines stroll in.

It's just the new video for his current hit, "Sure Be Cool If You Did." And Blake, who is happily married to Miranda Lambert, doesn't even act like he's going to flirt with any of the young ladies. Despite the fact that he sings the song in the first person—You don't have to keep me falling like this, but it would sure be cool if you did—he leaves the romance to the boys in the band.

Blake premiered the new video this morning (Feb. 11) on the Today show, where he also announced the release of his new album, Based on a True Story . . . , due March 26. The album features "Sure Be Cool If You Did," along with 11 other new tracks. Blake will return to Today to perform on release day.

In the meantime, here's his "Cool" new video.
