Blake, Miranda Will Indeed Sing at the Super Bowl

Country's hottest couple to do a duet right before their pop music bestie Kelly Clarkson does the anthem.

OK, you've heard the rumors. Heck, we've reported the rumors.

But it is now indeed confirmed and true: Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert will sing for an expected humungous TV audience of more than 30 million people at the start of the Super Bowl this Sunday (Feb. 5).

It's their first post-wedding TV appearance together, and what a doozy. Blake and Miranda will do a duet of "America the Beautiful" just before their good friend Kelly Clarkson belts out the national anthem.

Wonder what Blake and Miranda might sound like on that song? Wonder no more: iTunes has their version of the song for sale, and you can hear a sample on that page.

If you keep your TV on NBC after the game, you'll see the season premiere of The Voice, starring judge/coach Blake Shelton.
