Blake Loves That Jerrod Is Following in His Twitter Footsteps

Have you checked out some tweets from Jerrod Niemann lately?

“It’s so hot out my beer needs a beer.” “Look, I only party because I care.” And when one female fan was wondering what to wear, Jerrod replied: “birthday suit?”

Remind you of anyone we know?

“Man, I tell ya, there is nothing more exciting to me than when I meet another artist that’s just willing to go there with me,” Blake told reporters recently, “and Jerrod is that other guy that I’ve met.”

What does Blake think they have in common?

“He is not afraid to make an ass of himself and neither am I, and I love it, I really do. I think a lot of that guy and it’s fun when you can find somebody that you can talk trash to.”

Blake doesn’t think much of those who get offended.

“If [people] take it seriously, then they need to go listen to jazz or something and stop listening to country because we don’t take ourselves that serious, you know,” he said.

“We have fun and we say ridiculous stuff and I’m glad that [Jerrod’s] the guy that he is because there’s not many weirdos like me out there.”
