Blake Leads The Choir Tonight

Blake Shelton debuts as one of five popular singers leading hometown choirs on NBC-TV's weeklong reality competition Clash of the Choirs Monday night, Dec. 17, at 8 p.m. ET.

Blake, Nick Lachey, Michael Bolton, Patti LaBelle and Kelly Rowland have been working with choirs from their respective hometowns in preparation for the show, whose winner will be judged by viewer votes. Blake has posted the first entry in a planned video blog at nbc.com/clashofthechoirs. In it, he encourage viewers to vote for his choir, which hails from his hometown of Ada, Okla. "Remember," he quips, "the more you vote, the less I drink."
