BILLY RAY'S $10,000 CONTRIBUTION

This year, Billy Ray Cyrus' Charities Foundation has really outdone itself.

The organization will hand out over $10,000 in gifts this year to individuals and organizations that provide help to underprivileged children.

The foundation, which was started in 1993, will give $3,900 to those in need in Cyrus' home state of Kentucky, as well as to programs in Nashville and California.

Since its inception eight years ago, the Foundation has given $500,000.
