Does Billy Ray Cyrus believe in UFOs? It sure seems that way.
The country singer posted a photo of an unusual sunset, and attributed it to the work of UFOs. “O.K. . . . my first U F O sighting. Looks like 5 or 6 disk like shapes hovering. Special moment 4 DAD,” the singer (and father to Miley Cyrus) said via Twitter.
