Billy Ray Cyrus is calling off divorce proceedings with his wife of 17 years, Tish, he tells the ladies of The View.
“I want to put my family back together,” he said in an interview scheduled to air today (March 18), according to several published reports.
“Things are the best they've ever been,” he said. “I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we're the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana.”
