Billy Ray will co-star with Olesya Rulin from High School Musical in this story about a businessman who risks everything to pursue his dream of being in a rock band. Rulin will play his supportive daughter, while Oscar-winning actress Patricia Neal is in negotiations to play Billy Ray’s mother. Billy Ray is currently starring in the smash hit Disney Channel series Hannah Montana with daughter Miley, and has also released a new album, Home at Last.
