Dean Acres is the place to be.

Billy Dean is celebrating Liberty, or, rather, he will be celebrating in Liberty. Once again, his annual birthday gala will be held in his own home venue in Liberty, Tenn., about 40 miles outside of Nashville. He calls it “Dean Acres,” and the sprawling farm has been a popular destination for music-loving crowds for the past two years. On Saturday (April 27) at 5 p.m., the house will be rockin’ with Billy and his friend, singer/songwriter James Otto.

The birthday—Billy’s 51st—will be celebrated in his 100-year-old Party Barn. Restored and refitted last year with a stage and sound system, the barn offers comfortable seating for 200 people. "I'm so grateful to James Otto for agreeing to come out and play at my birthday bash," says Billy in an official statement to his fans. "James is one of the finest vocalists, songwriters, and entertainers in our industry and I'm glad to call him my friend."

The event will feature live acoustic performances by Billy and James. As a special surprise, attendees will be encouraged to return the next morning (April 28), for a special brunch with Billy and his family. Tickets for the event are on sale now at deanacres.com.

James adds, "I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of Billy’s birthday bash out at Dean Acres. He’s not only an incredible artist and songwriter, but he’s always been a great friend of mine. I’m honored he asked me to be a part of his big day, it really means a lot.”
