Big Kenny Previews New CD

Big Kenny gave members of the Nashville media and invited guests a preview of his upcoming solo CD, The Quiet Times of a Rock and Roll Farm Boy, at a party at his Music City home, Sept. 15.

Guests were treated to a buffet dinner and a glimpse of Big Kenny's spacious residence, including his two-story home studio. Inside the studio, Kenny showed video clips from several songs off the new album, which features his current single, "Long After I'm Gone." He also played a few tunes from the album. The CD showcases Kenny's considerably wide range of influences, from straight-up rock to lyrical folk and country. The Quiet Times of a Rock and Roll Farm Boy is slated for release Nov. 10.
