B&D TALK NEW MUSIC

Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn can't wait until their latest single, "Ain't Nothing 'Bout You," hits the airwaves. "It's one of those songs that's very specific in what it says," notes Ronnie. "It's simple, straightforward, honest and right from the heart. It's about a guy so into a girl that he couldn't find a fault in her if it was as wide as the Grand Canyon!"

Produced by Mark Wright -- known for his work with Lee Ann Womack and Gary Allen -- "Ain't Nothing 'Bout You" marks something of a first for the duo.

"This is the first time since 'Brand New Man' that we turned a record in with a lot of stuff we really liked on it and everybody gravitated to the same song!" says Ronnie. "Normally, everybody has their favorites. But this time, everybody was in immediate agreement: 'Ain't Nothing 'Bout You.' Boom! That was it.

"Of course, it's a pretty strong song -- and there's even more cool stuff on the project beyond that. I can't wait for people to hear this music."

Kix and Ronnie are currently putting the final touches on their seventh studio album, due out in the next few months.
