B&D DELAY TRIP TO AMA AWARDS

It's no surprise that Brooks & Dunn have been nominated for an award at the upcoming AMAs, but unlike many other artists, who fly to Los Angeles days ahead of time to prepare for the show, Kix and Ronnie won't be leaving till the last minute. And it's because they can't bear to miss the Tennessee Titans/Baltimore Ravens football game!

Kix, who plans on attending the game with his family, explained to Launch.com, "Our whole family, we pack up every Sunday and head for the stadium.

"It is realy great. There is a lot of energy in Nashville around the Titans, and the whole deal is really fun. I enjoy it a lot."

Kix and Ronnie are up against Lonestar and the Dixie Chicks at the Jan. 8 awards ceremony, where they're competing for favorite country band, duo or group.
