The Band Perry Tops 11 in ’11 List

The Band Perry

All the music critics at Nashville’s major daily newspaper, The Tennessean, came together to come up with the top 11 Music City acts to watch for this year.

And sibling group The Band Perry (“If I Die Young”) came out on top.

“With genre-swinging variety, rich family harmonies, songwriting prowess and super-cute hair to boot—not to mention a country fan base that seems hungry for bands at the moment—The Band Perry has the goods for staying power,” the newspaper wrote.

Other country acts on the 11 in ’11 list: Easton Corbin, Josh Kelley and Jerrod Niemann.
