The Band Perry Throws First Prank Punch at Paisley

“Just a little subtle thing to kind of kick off the tour,” Reid says after wearing Spock ears onstage.

Awww, aren't the brothers and sister in The Band Perry supercute and innocent?

But that doesn't mean Reid, Neil and Kimberly are gonna sit around and wait to be attacked on what is sure to be an epic prank war with Brad Paisley on the road this year.

In fact, the Perrys threw the first punch at Paisley at the start of the tour, the siblings told a Las Vegas newspaper.

The trio, asked to join Brad onstage for the dark "Whiskey Lullaby," decided to lighten things up by wearing pointy Spock ears onstage for the song. Brad couldn't help but laugh.

"Just a little subtle thing to kind of kick off the tour," Reid said. "We were kind of wondering, do you pre-emptively prank Paisley or do you wait for him to start it?"

Asked and answered.
