The Band Perry Ready to Celebrate

They're part of Dick Clark's annual New Year's Eve fest.

The Band Perry winds up a tremendous year and festive holiday season when they join the party for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest, Dec. 31 at 11:30 p.m. ET on ABC. This will mark the 40th year of what has now become an American TV institution.

Earlier this holiday season, The Band Perry, siblings Kimberly, Neil and Reid Perry, performed on the Christmas in Washington TNT special and were also part of ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas celebration.

"It really has been a great year," Kimberly tells CountryWeekly.com. 'We keep saying the holidays this year have a lot to compete with."

Adds Neil, "I think this will be probably the biggest celebration we've been a part of this whole year."

Also set to perform on the New Year's Eve special, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Fergie and Jenny McCarthy, are Blink-182, Florence + the Machine, Nicki Minaj and others.
