Another “Voice” Victory for Blake

You can pretty much bet that when Blake Shelton says someone is a star, people are going to listen! Especially after scoring another victory during last night's season finale of NBC's The Voice.

Congratulations go out to his Team Blake member Cassadee Pope, who became the third-season champ. Although Cassadee is pursuing a solo pop/rock career—she formerly fronted the band Hey Monday—she did perform Blake and Miranda Lambert's “Over You” and Keith Urban’s “Stupid Boy” during the season.

The West Palm beach native, who now lives in Los Angeles, is the show's first female winner. Blake also coached last season's winner, R&B artist Jermaine Paul.
