It’s the second time wedding bells have rung this year for the group, whose Karen Fairchild and Jimi Westbrook wed one another in May. Karen, Jimi and the remaining single Towner, Phillip Sweet, were present along with the couple’s other friends and family when Kimberly and Stephen said their vows on a private island in the Caribbean. “When I least expected it, love came back to me,” Kimberly says, “and I am so grateful to God for His blessings, and for our family and friends who were able to join us in the celebration.” The newlyweds have already returned from their honeymoon and returned to the U.S., where Little Big Town is currently on tour. The group performs tonight (Dec. 7) at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, N.Y.
