ANDY OFF THE HOOK

Andy Griggs can let out a big sigh of relief: Authorities in Florida have decided not to charge the singer or bandmate Kevin Weaver for taking an ambulance for a short joyride in Tallahassee in February.

As an apology to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, which owns the ambulance, and the city of Tallahassee, Andy and his band played a benefit concert at last week and donated the proceeds to the hospital's various charities.
