Kenny Chesney has been added to the Hard Rock Cafe 2009 Ambassadors of Rock Tour, a global concert series featuring top artists and bands.
On Sept. 15, Kenny will take a brief hiatus from his current Sun City Carnival Tour to headline the New York stop of the Ambassadors of Rock Tour. “Music that connects is music that rocks,” Kenny says. “To me, the Hard Rock Ambassadors of Rock tour is about the experience of music, of coming together, of how blinding it can be when it’s good. I’m honored to take part in this because that place where music and people come together to really let go, well, that’s what we’re all about.”
