ALAN SHOOTS STRAIT WITH GEORGE

When Buddy Jewell hosts the three-hour United Stations Radio Networks' Country Winners Special, it'll include a special taped moment from the 2003 ACM Awards. A highlight of that show was Alan Jackson's speech as he presented George Strait his ACM Career Achievement award. Alan made a little fun of himself and Garth Brooks as he shared his admiration for George, "What I like about you," declared Alan, "you never had to tear holes in your jeans or grow a goatee or anything, you don't follow any trends. You don't have to because...you're just naturally cool."
