Alan, Josh Turner Top ICM Awards
Alan Jackson’s CD Precious Memories won the Inspirational Country Album of the Year at the 13th Annual Inspirational Country Music Awards show, Sunday, Nov. 4, in Nashville.
Also taking home one of the night’s top honors was Josh Turner, named Mainstream Country Artist of the Year. Emerson Drive won Video of the Year for their touching hit, “Moments.” The band performed the song as a tribute to their former member Patrick Bourque, who passed away in October. In addition, former Lonestar lead vocalist Richie McDonald made his first TV performance since leaving the band, singing the hit song he wrote, “Hey God.” The show will be seen on TCT Networks, NRB Network, FAITH Television and CTS Television Canada.
