Alan Jackson Opens Up About Wife’s Cancer
“The hardest thing I’ve ever been through.”
As we reported earlier this week, Alan Jackson and his wife, Denise, reveal on an upcoming episode of GAC's Backstory that Denise was treated for cancer last year.
In an exclusive clip obtained by CountryWeekly.com, Alan talks about his reaction to the revelation that his wife had cancer, calling it "the hardest thing I've ever been through.
"This woman right here is never sick," Alan admits. "I mean, she’s never even taken an aspirin for a headache. I’m the one whining that something’s always wrong with me."
