ACM NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED
Nominations for the 39th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards were announced this morning and Alan Jackson leads the race with eight. Also receiving multiple noms were Brooks & Dunn and Toby Keith with five each; Jimmy Buffett and Martina McBride with four each; Kenny Chesney and Brad Paisley with three; and Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry and Randy Travis receiving two nominations. The ACMs will air live from the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 26 at 8 p.m. Eastern on CBS.
