Condolences to the family of Aaron Tippin, whose father, Willis Tippin, was killed in a traffic accident in Martin County, NC last Monday. Willis Tippin's truck crashed into a logging truck. Aaron's father celebrated his 78th birthday on Monday, April 11, 2005 and died the same day. "My dad was the oak tree of the Tippin family," said Aaron. "He never wavered when it came to his values and morals, his respect for all mankind, and his love and care for his family. His character and integrity remained constant-that you could count on...He taught me to "stand for something;" to stand for what I believe in." The funeral was held this morning at Oak City Baptist Church in Oak City, NC.
