2012 Year in Review: Tim McGraw

“Truck Yeah,” Tim’s first single for his new label, Big Machine, motored up the charts, indicating that Tim was back on track after several months away from the scene. Earlier this summer, he hit the road with good buddy Kenny Chesney for their Brothers of the Sun Tour, which played to packed arenas at every stop.

The Tim-Kenny tandem also resulted in this year’s Country Music Association award for Vocal Event of the Year for their single “Feel Like a Rock Star.” Fans also love the pairing of Tim with wife Faith Hill and had been clamoring for more duet appearances from the glamorous couple. They’re getting that wish as Tim and Faith recently kicked off their Soul2Soul concert series at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The shows will continue into next year.
