			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>The Bible Is My Guide</strong> :: For more than 25 years, this Indiana songwriter has been writing country music&amp;mdash;while battling a rare nerve disorder called dystonia, which affects his muscles and speech. Steve&amp;rsquo;s influences are Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, George Strait and Chely Wright. He&amp;rsquo;s written over 200 songs and won numerous songwriting awards. He says he enjoys helping other people and organizations through his music, including the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia and the Lymphona Society. A former BMX motocross driver, Steve now has his own BMX team. 			<title>Rachel Proctor</title>
			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What Goodbye Looks Like</strong> :: Charleston, W.Va., native Rachel moved to Nashville in 1995. In 2002, Martina McBride recorded her song &amp;ldquo;Where Would You Be&amp;rdquo; and Rachel signed with BNA Records. Her first single, &amp;ldquo;Days Like This,&amp;rdquo; from her 2004 debut album <em>Where I Belong</em>, reached the Billboard Top 30, and her follow-up single, &amp;ldquo;Me and Emily,&amp;rdquo; reached the Top 20.</p>

<p>After leaving BNA, she released an independent EP <em>Only Lonely Girl</em> in 2007.
