Required Image Quality
Printed images must have a minimum height or width of 4 inches. Digital images must have a minimum height or width of 900 pixels or 4 inches at 225 dpi. The file format must be JPEG.
Image File Name Limitations
Uploaded image files must not contain the following characters in their file names:
  • spaces [use dashes or underscores instead]
  • & [ampersand]
  • @ [‘at’ symbol]
  • " or ' [straight quotes]
  • : or ; [colon or semi-colon]
