Oven-Baked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • Paprika
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Brown sugar
  • Barbecue sauce

Preparation

  1. Generously sprinkle the spices on both sides of the ribs.
  2. Rub the spices into the meat.
  3. Position rack of ribs over an oval pan with an inch of water.
  4. Coat the top of the ribs with ¼-inch layer of brown sugar.
  5. Cook at 300° for 3 hours.
  6. Remove ribs carefully (they will be tender) and place on a platter.
  7. Brush with barbecue sauce.
