Required Image Quality
Printed images must have a minimum height or width of 4 inches. Digital images must have a minimum height or width of 900 pixels or 4 inches at 225 dpi. The file format must be JPEG.
The photo cannot be embedded in the email, it must be included with the email as an attachment.
By submitting your photographs and artwork to Country Weekly, you grant Country Weekly and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Country Weekly and its affiliates the right to use your name in connection with the photographs, if we choose. You represent and warrant that you are not a minor and you are the owner of all rights in and to the photographs. You represent and warrant that publication by Country Weekly of your photographs will not infringe upon any rights of any individual or entity. Submitted artwork cannot be returned.
