More Acts Going Digital-Only

Carter's Chord has become the latest act to release its album digitally before a release date is even determined for the physical CD. Their self-titled debut will be available from online retailers on June 17. Jypsi's self-titled debut was released online in April, and Jennifer Hanson's Thankful will be released June 3. CD releases for all three albums are expected sometime this year. Signed to Toby Keith's Show Dog Nashville label, Carter's Chord is made up of sisters Becky, Emily and Joanna Robertson. You can learn more about them at their official website, which features background information, music samples and a video blog.
